1)Why can’t you ship my order?

There are a few reasons that can keep us from being able to ship your order. 

Here are a few possible causes:

• The product(s) you ordered are out of stock. 
• You live outside of the continental United States.
• A payment issue might have occurred when you placed the order. 
• During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than you're used to.

2)What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong product, please contact us and we’ll help you with the return and refund process.  If you received a product that's the wrong size, you can return the product to us and re-order at our Online Shop. 

If you bought your product from one of our official shops and it became clear that the product was not what you wanted, you can return it to the store within the return period that is stated at the bottom of the receipt. Our store return rules and restrictions apply.

3)What should I do if I haven’t received my package?

If you haven’t received your package within our standard delivery times, please follow the steps below. 

Make sure you check the delivery times for the product type of your order. If your order contains personalized products, delivery takes 1 - 2 business days longer.

4)Can my delivery and billing address be different?

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as the billing information provided is from a card issued in one of the following countries and the shipping address is in the US.

All you need to do is untick the box that says 'My billing information is the same as my delivery information’ and then you can enter in your correct billing details.

5)Why is my order late?

We always aim to deliver your order within our standard delivery times,  but sometimes unexpected factors can cause delays in your delivery. 
Here are some reasons your delivery might be late:
Your order was shipped during our sales and promotions season. 
Your order was shipped during a busier than usual holiday season.
You ordered more than one product. In exceptional circumstances your order may arrive in different packages and on different dates. 
There were unpredictable circumstances beyond our control.

6)How long does delivery take?

The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected.
 

Note: Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods; see delivery method in checkout for accurate shipping times. Pricing may vary depending on promotions running on the site.
 
 
Personalized products 
To personalize a product, for example by adding a name, number, badge or flag, it takes 1-2 business days. So, if you add a personalized item to your bag, please expect your full order to take 1-2 days longer than the delivery times advertised.
